Request deletion
You may request deletion of data associated with the application by writing to info@latamplagas.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”. Include the email address used for the relevant Meta connection and enough detail to identify the Page or professional Instagram account.
Disconnect the application
You can also remove the application's access from your Meta account settings. Disconnecting revokes future access. If you also want stored records deleted, send the request described above.
How we process requests
We will confirm receipt, verify that the request is connected to the relevant account and delete or anonymise the data that we can identify, unless retention is required by law or necessary to resolve a security or legal matter. We will notify you once the process is complete.
Data covered
The request may cover access tokens, connection records and application-managed aggregate metrics. It does not delete information held by Meta Platforms or other independent providers; their own tools and policies apply to those records.
