The talks were complemented by presentations from commercial companies with a recognized presence in the market such as Syngenta, BASF, Bayer, Adama and Agrochemical Tridente, who presented the products that their companies have developed for mosquito control, as well as the application methods they propose. The technical discussion focused on the tools currently available, the efforts that the state has been implementing, the projects in which it is involved in the search for new control alternatives such as the use of sterile mosquitoes and the Wolbachia bacteria, as well as the ventures of formulation companies to offer innovative and efficient products to the market.
